<p>There&#8217;s a social network out there by the dubious name of Affluence.org. There are two ways that you can become a full-fledged member. One is to send them proof of your net worth. The other . . . wait for it . . . is to get five other people to join. </p>
<p>Now think about it. If five people sign up, your financial position doesn&#8217;t even enter into it. So why is it called Affluence? Is this just Another Fine Mess, or something much worse?</p>
