Bruce has as many degrees as you've got shoes. Well, maybe not that many; but he's done a lot of things. You can learn more about him by reading his bio.
Dr Bruce Hoag, CPsychol

I have a PhD from the Manchester Business School and teach as an adjunct to MBA students at the University of Phoenix and to undergraduates at the University of Maryland. I've been a guest lecturer at Cambridge University, University of Westminster Business School (London), and the City University Business School (London), and have given numerous presentations to groups from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development throughout the United Kingdom.

I've consulted to senior managers in organizational design and product development and written a score of business and training plans for a number of small and medium size businesses.

My first book (co-authored with Cary L. Cooper, Lancaster University), Managing Value-Based Organizations: It's Not What You Think" contains the first comprehensive history of the organization and management of work. It received a 5-star rating by the best-selling author Dr Ivan Misner on Amazon. I'm also a co-editor of Chapter 2 of a new state-of-the-art management textbook entitled Management Through Collaboration (to be published in 2010).

I'm a member of the Academy of Management where I've reviewed conference papers, and chaired and organized sessions. I'm also a member of the British Academy of Management, and the British Psychological Society.

I enjoy non-competitive cycling on my hybrid bicycle; reading crime fiction, especially that set in the 20s and 30s; and playing the piano. I even did an external diploma from the London College of Music.

I live with my wife in Vicenza, Italy, but I miss England enormously and visit as often as I can.
